Description
You may remember this from my logo design sketches. I went with the artgyrl head, and my teacher really liked it. So I scanned the pencils, blew it up, and printed it out on bristol to ink. I thought that all I'd have to do from there was scan it into illustrator and put the text in.
How wrong I was. . .
After I scanned it, my instructor showed me that I had to make it into " paths" in photoshop, and export it to illustrator. So I'm done, right? Wrong again. After that I had to like, do this fill layer stuff in illustrator, and then go back and smooth out all the extra points on the lines. . .
It wasn't hard, but it was a lot of work. But I finished, and it looks really good now.
I'll post the finished product soon

Buenos dias, this be the Captain snooping about the galleries! I gotta say you show some great talent! Its great to see a more Americana style compared to the hordes of anime here. There's still a unique quality to your work that makes it appealing and that's something to be proud of. But all your other work shows that you have a great variety of talent and I see a bright future ahead of you in the world of art. Take care and keep on rockin'!
